Hi, I’m Nanette Miner, the founder of The Training Doctor, LLC, and its subsidiary Succession Planning Pro.

Who Am I?
Speaker
I speak about succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipelines - because I’ve spent years in the trenches helping real companies solve those exact problems. I am a Vistage Speaker on the topic of Succession Planning and the Role of Professional Development and a frequent professional association speaker (CMAA, SHRM, ATD, ASAE, etc.) and podcast guest.

I’ve trained hundreds of professionals in both private and public companies in how to lead, develop others, and build teams that help their companies to achieve their mission and goals.
College Instructor
From 2000 to 2006, I was a college instructor. I taught undergrad Management, Marketing, and Instructional Design; and Ethics and HR at the graduate level, which means I know how to take big-picture thinking and make it teachable, applicable, and relevant. (I left because academia moves too slowly for me.)
Curriculum designer
I have decades of experience enabling adults to learn and change. From custom topics to company-wide leadership curriculums – my focus has always been on enabling people to change their behavior on the job so the company can achieve its goals faster.
